Machinery:
To conserve energy, our enclosed ovens are highly insulated with modern ceramic material to regulate heat loss to a staggering low of 1.5%.
The gas jets used on the open flame machines were carefully designed to develop maximum calorific values from the available gas supply.

Products:
Where possible product design is such that 'trimming' is kept to a minimum to save labour time and associated running costs of power tools.
We manufacture a wide range of products some of which are directly used in the manufacture of renewable energy generating equipment.
We manufacture products which are used to protect the environment.

Materials:
The polyethylene we have manufactured is recyclable. The material we save from trimming products has always been recycled and used to manufacture other products. The packaging our material comes in is re-used in other business sectors.
